Application Methods
1. Hand Applied Method –
Make sure that you are wearing proper protective gear before handling this product. First apply some IDSPR 605 to a Lint Free Wipe. Then apply this product on to the substrate (Make sure to apply it in a way that you will not miss a spot). Using a clean and dry Lint Free Wipe, wipe off the IDSPR 605. There should be a thin layer of IDSPR 605 left on the substrate. Substrate will feel slightly greasy. Load substrate into the printer and print. The UV light will cause the IDSPR 605 to cure with the ink.
When printing to Glass make sure that you are printing to the “tin” or “float” side of the glass. To know which side is the “float” side, use a UV black light on the glass. The side that glows is the “float” side.
2. Paint Gun Method –
Make sure you are wearing proper protective gear before handling this product. You want to cut the IDSPR 605 with Acetone in a ratio of 50/50. Then using a fine tip nozzle on the spray gun spray a nice even layer on the substrate. You don’t need much; a thin film is all you want. Then load into the printer and print. The UV lights will cause the IDSPR 605 to cure with the ink.
